I am a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Counselling Psychotherapist who offers services to adolescents 15+ and adults. I whole heartedly engage with current research which suggests that the quality of rapport between the client and counsellor is of paramount importance as the foundation of therapeutic change. I offer an eclectic range of therapeutic approaches which include: Client Centred/ Person Centred Therapy Sandplay and Symbol Work Expressive Therapies: Art, Clay work, Music, Bioenergetics Focusing Oriented Therapy Body and Mindfulness Based Imagery Formal Education and Qualifications Bachelor of Counselling Certificate of Sandplay Therapy Certificate of Expressive Therapies with Children and Adolescents Certified Focusing Professional Certificate - Freedom From Chronic Pain Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing, Home & Community Certificate III Individual Support - Disability Memberships The Australian Counselling Association Level 4 Focusing Institute I undertake regular individual and group supervision and engage in ongoing professional development to continually refine my skills as a professional Counselling Psychotherapist.
