I   had   a   conversation   with   a   friend   recently   about   the   world   we   find   ourselves   in now.   It   is   of   course   so   challenging   to   conceive   what   life   is   like   for   us   all,   some experiencing   things      much   more   difficultly   than   others.   It   seems   the   usual   supports that   have   existed,   and   dare   I   say   at   times   taken   for   granted,   are   now   far   from   what we   term   normal.   It   would   be   hard   to   find   anyone   that   hasn’t   been   affected   by   the pandemic that has moved through the whole world. And   so   what   is   it   that   now   comes   to   us   to   support   us   on   a   daily   basis   that   we   can rely   on?   Maybe   it’s   the   smaller   things   that   show   up   as   important.   An   appreciation of   the   warmth   of   the   sun   thorugh   the   car   window.   The   first   taste   in   the   morning   of your   favourite   drink,   I   must   confess   its   a   particular   brand   of   coffee   for   me.   Being with your family and taking in the joy of having the interaction with them. I It   seems   that   it   might   be   these   more   simple   interactions   that   are   surfacing   to remind   or   introduce   to   us   what   is   of   most   value   in   our   lives   now.   When   you examine   your   most   valuable   connections,   whether   that   be   with   people   or   anything else   you   hold   dear,   what   do   you   find?   What   is   your   core   Self   asking   more   of   for you?
